Jennifer Joey Smith is an East Bay Broker Associate/Realtor® originally from Pittsburgh, PA. She earned her real estate license in New York State in 2003, where she worked in Property Management and Leasing in Brooklyn, NY. She developed a passion for investing and smart finance and earned her real estate license in California in 2012, upon returning to Oakland.

Tanja Odzak-Goppold is an East Bay Realtor® originally from Watsonville, CA. As a 2nd generation property investor/owner-landlord, Tanja has been investing in real estate and learning to market properties her entire life. Since 13 years old, she worked in her family’s business of property management, owner-builder construction management, and property maintenance. From negotiating to closing, or the development and management of residential and income property, her enthusiasm, and broad practical knowledge base are unparalleled. She has owned and managed income property since 2002, and specifically in Oakland and the greater East Bay area since 2007.
